From the growing of the
grapevine to the delicate moment of vintage time and on to the
preparation of the wine in the cellar, we follow directly every
working process in order to produce quality wines, without hurry,
giving them the proper time to obtain those flavours and tastes that
are typical of our land. And for
a true quality, we fallowe our Disciplinare
Tecnico Aziendale di Produzione, that regulates all the production
phases, from working in vineyards to wine making, from bottling to
selling the finished product. |

Genuineness |
From fifteen
years longer our company leads own vineyards defending them from the
attacks of the parasites by means of the Sistema
di Lotta Integrata.This is a technique of agricultural
production supported by the European Community that allows to reduce
the use of treatments. One
obtains thus a greater genuineness of the product and a reduction of
the environmental impact. It is a sort of a middle way between organic
and conventional method. Since 2009 our company leads also a
part of our vineyards with Organic
Method, that provides
the use only of products from natural origin: zero environmental
impact, zero consumer's health impact. |

Trace |
Transparence is the key word of true
trace. For this we have created the "Carta d'Identità" (Identity Card)
of the wine, that the consumers can see on this website with a special
link. We give to each bottling lot a univocal code and each bottle of
each lot is numbered in growing way. The consumer, simply knowing
name, vintage and lot code all written on the label of the bottle,
could consult on line the "Carta d'Identità" of the wine, in which are
indicates some technical data, from the references of the
certification DOC o DOCG to the main analytical parameters, from the
indication of the vineyard from which the wine borns to the date of
bottling, till to that we call our "small
revolution": the analysis of pesticides residual on the finished
product. A small revolution, because till today probably nobody
had done so much to show the genuineness of the finished product.
Before selling the wine, we usually do this type of analysis by a
Chemical Laboratory recognized and athorized from the Ministero delle
Politiche Agricole Alimentari e Forestali. Then we publish the
analysis's results on the "Carta d'Identità" of the wine on our
website. |
